Half manual therapy, half craniosacral therapy. A nice blend of both modalities, most treatments will start with the massage therapy portion, focusing on any areas of concern with applied pressure. About halfway through, the treatment will transition to a craniosacral therapy treatment. This will bring the patient into a deeper relaxation and help incorporate any physical changes in the most gentle way. Leave feeling cared for on multiple levels.

Increase healing from the inside out by giving all the attention to your parasympathetic nervous state. Patient is face up, fully clothed and made comfortable with optional blankets/pillows/eye covering. Guided breathing and visualization is offered. Once tuning into the cranial rhythm (filling and draining of cerebrospinal fluid into brain and spinal cord), a ten-step gentle touch technique is then applied, starting from the feet and working our way through different areas of the spine and cranial bones. Safe and sacred space is held, sharing is always optional. Common reasons for trying craniosacral therapy: post-concussion, whiplash, chronic headaches, sensitivity, to help regulate nervous system, high stress or emotional support. Can help those who have issues sleeping. Also helpful with acute injuries (first 1-3 weeks) when pressure is contraindicated. Safe during pre and post natal times.
